*UPDATE*
I found out from a coworker that's actually from this state (OREGON) that it is required of those big old trucks to do that here. So, I take back some of my rage, but I'm leaving the audio post up, because well.......I can.
I repeat however what I've been saying for years.............Oregon is FUCKED UP.
